Above: Working with dtls architecture, and INS Construction, we provided millwork, custom doors, and all wall paneling for a very nice high-end client on E. 95th and 5th Ave.
On the weekends, we are building this house in PA, a 2400 SF Victorian spec house, for sale in 2022.
Roof and Gable Framing
We recently took over the roof framing job for a large 56 x 26' foot print new construction home in Flushing, Queens.
Included were five gables and a 8-12 Pitch roof framed with custom cut 2 x 12 joists, attic and rafters. Included sheathing and attic rafters as well. Lots of fun.
Waterline Square
Working with Sponzilli Landscaping and Tishman Construction, Zen Space Makers installed all cor-ten steel edging and ironwork creating attractive borders between concrete walkways and garden beds over an extraordinary six acres of outdoor space in this Manhattan development.
East Williamsburg Kitchen Island
New! I personally built, by hand, a custom kitchen island, with six drawers. It had 3" radius corners, a white semi-gloss spray lacquer finish, and a 1.5" thick WilsonArt (Corian-material) solid surface top.
Vox Pop Renovation
Full renovation and build-out for this fair-trade, union-shop coffee house, 2003, with help from Yale architecture student Ross Anderson.
